Respecting Employees’ Rights

The Company realizes that in order to improve the productivity, employees should be considered as tangible assets and as one of the most important aspects in the Company’s success. Therefore, The Company always respects its employees’ rights by providing them with equal opportunities to participate actively in achieving the vision and mission of the Company as well as paying attention to their basic needs.
 
Activities.
 
The Company conducts frequent activities aimed for the benefit of the Company’s employees among others:
a) Employee Hajj Program
b) Sports and Arts Week
c) Family Gathering
d) Employee exchange program

On October 2016, one of the Company’s employee, Mr. Suhendra, sucsessfully achieved the Best Employee title (first place) in Regency of Bogor. This years competition was held by the Social, Man Power and Transmigration Service Office (Disnakertrans). In this competition Mr. Suhendra presented the Company’s Safety Dojo, as one of the Company’s best innovation project and improvement in the SHE area (Safety Health and Environment).
