The company also continues to realize its commitment to improve the quality its products and services to customers in order to increase the customer’s satisfaction and confidence to continue to make the Company as their choice. The commitment is clearly stated in the company’s mission and corporate values that highly uphold the customer’s safety, comfort and satisfaction.

Activities

Various activities are performed by the Company to improve customer’s satisfaction, among others are routine visits to the customers, Quality report in meetings conducted together with the customer and other activities. These activities itself is a form of media for the customers in giving suggestions, critics, and impressions to the quality of the products sold by the Company.

The Company currently is certified for ISO 9001:2008 regarding Quality Management. From this system the Company is more aware of the quality of the product produced to be in optimal quality.
