Mr. Salih Kahraman is Tukish citizen. Mr. Salih Kahraman is appointed as President Director by Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders conducted on September 24, 2024. He earned his Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Chemical Engineering from Middle East Technical University in 2006 and completed the Executive Development Program in 2011.
He began his professional career as a Product Engineer at Kordsa in 2007, a position he held for four years. In 2011, Salih became the Technology Manager - South America, a role he served in until 2014. After returning to Turkey, he served as Production Manager in 2015, then became Group Manager; Global QA and Tech in October 2015, a position he held for nearly five years. In 2020, he was appointed as Group Manager; Sales, EMEA. In 2022, he was entrusted with the role of Chief Operating Officer, EMEA.
Mr. Ümit Coşkun Graduated from Yildiz Technical University, Department of Industrial Engineering In 2007. Upon his BA degree, he received his Msc. and MBA from Boğazici University (Finance Engineering) and Sabanci University (Executive MBA) respectively.
Mr. Ümit Coşkun started his professional career at Turkish Pirelli Tyres in 2006, as Jr. Finance Specialist, later on he Joined Kordsa in 2009 and served as Financial Affairs Specialist between 2009-2015 then as Global Finance Manager between 2015-2016 subsequently as Financial Affairs Manager between 2016-2021.
In April 2021, Mr. Ümit was appointed as Finance Group Manager of Kordsa Turkey before his appointment as Director for the Company.
Mr. R Wahyu Yuniarto is Indonesian citizen. Mr. Wahyu Yuniarto is appointed as director in the Company's in June 25, 2015. Mr. Wahyu Yuniarto started his professional career in 1986 as Staff in a contractor company, then joined to NAPAN Group in 1987. In the same year he transfered to the Company's as an Accounting Staff. In 1992, he was assigned as Senior System Analyst. In 1996 He was promoted to be EDP Section Manager. In 2005, he was appointed as IT & Communication Solutions Manager. In year of 2007 he was assigned as Group Manager of Human Resources & Information Technology, a role that he has carried until year 2015 . Mr. Wahyu Yuniarto graduated from Gunadarma University majoring in Management Informatics in 1987, then received his Master Degree in International Business from Prasetya Mulya Business School in 2004.
Mr Bulent Bozdogan, Turkish Citizen, born in Balikesir, Turkey. Mr. Bulent received bachelor's degree of Economic and Science Administration in Business Administration from Middle East Technical University, Turkey. He started his professional career in 1980 at WaterhouseCoopers as a senior auditor. He has held several senior positions, among others during 1991-2000, he served as Executive Vice President, Finance, Planning, and Control at Brisa Bridgestone Sabanci Tire Manifacturing and Trade Inc., In 2001-2009, he served as VP, Finance and Sourcing (CFO & Global Sourcing) at Kordsa Global U.S, Turkey. In 2009-2018, he served as Chief Audit Executive/Chairman of the Ethics Committee at Sabanci Holding, Turkey. He also served as the Board of Directors of the Turkish Institute of Internal Auditors for the period 2010-2012. In 2018-2019, he served as CEO of Dedeman Holding, Turkey. He has served as a Director of PT Indo Kordsa Tbk for period 2007-2010.
