Mr. Wilijanto Gunawan started his professional career at the Company as an Engineer in 1997. When 2003, He was positioned as Nylon Production Manager. In 2012, he was appointed as NY and PE Production Manager for Kordsa Global based in Turkey. Mr. Wilijanto returned to the Company in 2014 as NY Production Manager until in 2018 he was positioned as PE Production Manager. In 2019, Mr. Wilijanto was entrusted with the position of Group Manager for NY and PE Production. Mr. Wilijanto is a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the University of Arizona.

Mr. Ceceng started his professional career at PT Indokordsa Tbk as a production engineer in the TCF weaving section in 2012. Then, Mr. Ceceng was promoted as TCF Leader in 2014. In November 2016 Mr. Ceceng was appointed as TCF 1 Mill Manager production and in Jan 2018, he was appointed as TCF dip production manager. July 2022 Mr. Ceceng is appointed as TCF production Group Manager. Mr. Ceceng received his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Bandung.

Caner Ihtiyar, started his professional career at Hyundai Automotive Factory as Quality Control Engineer in November 2012 - May 2014. Between September 2014 - June 2015, Caner joined Kordsa and started working at Kordsa Textile Engineering USA with responsibilities as Global Quality Assurance Engineer. Caner also served as Project Leader for R&D at Kordsa Teknik Teknik AS from June 2015 to December 2018. He was also given the responsibility as Engineering Manager at Kordsa Teknik Teknik AS from 2018 to 2022, then Caner continued his career as Technical, Group Manager at PT Indo Kordsa Tbk since 2022 until now.
